  14. Once you have been here a bit longer you'll find that some irritating things
  15. happen again and again and again. These things include:

  17. - postings with the sole purpose of slamming your favorite machine
  18. - large binary postings which have 0 relevance to you
  19.  
  20. and many many others. And as you are exposed to these things over and over
  21. again you'll find that you too will be mightily irritated by them - so much
  22. that you'll really want to send the guy a few coredumps in uuencoded format.

  24. Were you the guy who send a disk full of GVP stuff? That tripled my download
  25. and incidentally my phonebill. This adds to irritation too - not everyone
  26. can pick and choose messages, some of us *must* download first and read and
  27. select later.

  29. You say you didn't know - then find the person who let you get on the net
  30. without an introduction and tell him he is inadequate. He should have
  31. instructed you on proper netiquette.
